About this project
A handful of music-lovers in Spring Green saw the potential in turning a hog barn in rural Wisconsin into a destination — a venue with its own identity, its own reason for existing, and an experience worth making the drive for. Building a brand identity for a music venue from the ground up requires more than a logo. As co-founder, Erin helped shape the concept and character of the space itself, then led the creative visions around it: brand identity, website, merchandise, show marketing, and a screen-printed poster series she designed and printed herself, then curating guest designers for several seasons to follow. Over 350 shows and fifteen years, the Shitty Barn became one of the most beloved intimate music venues in the Midwest — with a visual identity as recognizable as the venue and a cultural footprint that extended well beyond Spring Green.

Physical spaces tell stories too.
Venues, restaurants, retail — intentional interiors and environmental design are part of what we do. If you're building a space that needs to feel like something, we'd love to talk.
